This annual revue starts on scientific and technical aspects concerning the oak species, the work and the treatment of oak wood in cooperage as well as the using and preservation barrel conditions. Every article is published in English and in French as well. The content of each release must respond to the desires of the different filial partners of wood/wine:researchers, teachers, coopers, oenologists, students, wine and brandy producers and well-informed or fond of traditionnal activity amateurs. This journal is endowed with a committee of international experts in research, oenology and cooperage fields.
